• You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Certain Smart Reads articles summarise and analyse commentary originally published by third-party authors and publications. The following are expressly prohibited without prior written authorisation from Jasvin Thinks:

• Automated scraping and crawling: Using bots, spiders, scrapers, or any automated tool to extract, copy, index, or systematically download any content from this Service — including article text, quiz questions, editorial verdicts, exam framing, or study notes.
• AI and LLM training data collection: Using any content from this Service as training data, fine-tuning data, or evaluation data for any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language model system, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
• Competitor product development: Accessing this Service for the purpose of developing, benchmarking, or improving any competing educational platform, exam preparation product, or content aggregation service.
• Reverse engineering of editorial methodology: Attempting to derive, replicate, or systematically document the editorial systems, scoring methodologies, article structures, or content curation logic used by Jasvin Thinks.
• Republication without permission: Reproducing more than 50 words of any article in any medium without a link to the original and written permission from Jasvin Thinks.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, as applicable.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through the Grievance Redressal process. If a dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
