SSC CGL Tier-I: exam pattern
One computer-based objective paper in Hindi and English with four sections of 25 questions each. One-half mark is deducted for each wrong answer. Screening for Tier-II; marks not counted in the final merit.
- Tier-I Computer Based Examination: 200 marks · 100 Qs · 60 minutes
How the mocks are marked
Each correct answer earns 2 marks and each wrong answer costs 0.5, the one-third penalty of the 100-question, 60-minute Tier-I paper (200 marks). Unanswered questions score zero. Every mock is timed at 0.6 minutes a question, the pace of the real paper.
Every question is a real previous year question with an answer key. After you submit, you see the correct option for each question, and the explanation where one has been written.
